Proposal: treat omitted value and null the same as a types default value?
I.e., this would be equivalent:
{}
{"foo":null}
{"foo": ""}
If the type of "foo" is string.
The motivation would be: not having to distinguish between explicitly set to a bad value and and omitted value would make parsing a lot easier.
