Specify new way of doing signature domain separation

Adds a namespace string as prefix of signed data, but without adopting the SSH signature format. See recently decided proposal https://git.glasklar.is/sigsum/project/documentation/-/blob/main/proposals/2023-04-no-ssh-signature-format.md.
