Uptime log monitoring
These were the original description of this issue:
Keep it as simple as possible. For example, a script that runs from several independent locations that checks whether the log is responsive.
Send email to everyone in the Sigsum team if the log is unavailable.
The setup needs to be documented properly. It will be used to explain how we plan to achieve a "one working day" SLA, and under which conditions we may > fail to deliver.
