Bump ansible galaxy version

Rasmus Dahlberg requested to merge rgdd/bump-version into main

Tested the -rc0 tag on poc.so, works. The only "nit" is that if the system already is a bookworm where go is installed without backports, then go from stable is not replaced with go from backports. Can be fixed by apt purge golang-go, and then run the role.
