Defaults set in two places

The defaults for the sigsum role are set in two places right now, roles/sigsum/defaults/main.yml and roles/sigsum/meta/argument_specs.yml.

It should be removed from one of them, supposedly defaults/main.yml, since I assume that @foxboron added them to meta/argument_specs.yml for reasons of documentation. Correct?
