Copy sigsum-signing-secrets-01/log-02.txt

This was for deploying seasalp primary on sigsum-log-02.gtse @ logsrv-02 but alas, I picked the wrong file. :(

What I should have done was to read the following line and realise that the device I want the passphrase for is sigsum-log-signing-hsm-01.

We should consider renaming log-.txt to sigsum-log-signing-hsm-.txt.
