Clarify how to get help output for stprov {local,remote}

Current top-most usage is:

stprov help
stprov version
stprov local <SUBCOMMAND> [Options]
stprov remote <SUBCOMMAND> [Options]

It's not clear that, e.g., stprov remote help gives more useful help output.
