Bump u-root lib to version X

Update u-root library to a more recent version, maybe the v0.10.0 release in go.mod However, make sure to include the commit which mounts efivarfs in u-root's init.

Further, make sure to use the same u-root version in stmgr and also in the tooling for the u-root command (to avoid confusion).
