New host configuration

The host configuration always includes network setting, even if stboot does not configure network, since the OS needs that information later on. Further, the HTTPS root certs are moved into the struct and a general OS package fetching configuration is embedded pointing to the OS package descriptor file. How that pointer looks like depends on the OS package fetching mechanism.

The updated host config includes:

• Version #115 (moved)
• Id/auth
• Network configuration
  • Network Mode (static IP, DHCP)
  • Host IP
  • Gateway
  • DNS Server
  • Network interface / MAC address
  • Bonding settings
• HTTPS root certificate -> see #111 (closed)
• Fetch mechanism configuration (used to be provisioning url, will become more general with #91 (closed) )
