Tests for stboot bonding

The bonding support in stboot superficially supports seven different bonding modes (likely those are all the modes that can be configured using netlink). We need to

• Document which of these modes we intend to test
• Document the procedures to test them with the server(s) and switch(es) available for tests
• Investigate if we can do corresponding tests in qemu, e.g., using a virtual switch connected to qemu via VDE https://wiki.virtualsquare.org/#/
