General OS pkg fetching pointer in host config

Currently, there is the field provisioning-urls but this only applies to network boot. Other OS pkg fetching methods need other information on where to get the OS pkg from. So, this field must be replaced by a more general one. The content will be parsed by the respective fetching method implementation.
