Why is there no --max-range in the primary's override thing?

I expected https://git.glasklar.is/sigsum/core/log-go/-/blob/main/cmd/sigsum-log-primary/main.go?ref_type=heads#L41-46 to have the same fields as https://git.glasklar.is/sigsum/core/log-go/-/blob/main/internal/config/config.go?ref_type=heads#L15-21 (for symmetry). Is this a nit?
