Minor clean up in sigsum-agent

Rasmus Dahlberg requested to merge rgdd/sigsum-agent-cleanup into main

Same go-install as in sigsum role, which works properly when the "latest" version is used. Also removed hardocded values in molecule verify playbook. And verify playbook can now be invoked >1.
