DRAFT: Make sign-if-logged tool ready
The overall goal is to take nisse's sign-if-logged work from prototype to a tool that's maintained and supported in Sigsum (similar to log-go, sigsum-go, etc).
This consists of several parts:
- Make the sigsum-c library ready (nisse, rgdd)
- TKey library upstreaming (mc or someone else from Tillitis works on this, nisse is available for discussion and review)
- sigsum-go compiled policy format support (elias, design and review help from nisse)
- TKey device app targeting Bellatrix (nisse, design polishing and review from mc/Tillitis)
- Associated host app in Go (nisse, design polishing and review from mc/Tillitis)
Most of this can be done in parallel, but the TKey device app and the associated host app can of course not become "done" until the necessary building blocks are ready. So, #1 priority is to first complete sigsum-c, TKey library upstreaming, and sigsum-go compiled policy format.
If you have any questions about this work, please reach out to @nisse. See also the linked tracker issues.
