Working implementation from start-to-finnish with documentation. With the possibility to create your own "hooks" for matching entries. The example/demo is for key-usage only, but it should be possible to adapt it for something more advanced (like downloading data, checking claims associated with it, etc).

Maybe worth keeping in mind that ST is working on adopting Sigsum and will sometime soon want a monitor.

EDIT 2024-05-28: this got backlogged when we ramped up the pace on System Transparency in Dec/Jan. We won't be able to pick this up before PETS, unlike other remainders that got backlogged.

EDIT 2025-01-23: no concrete action on this for too long, closing the milestone but leaving the issues that were attached open.
