This milestone tracks issues that need to be resolved before we can toggle the Sigsum version to v1. It can roughly be summarized as:

• Resolve open proposals (mainly witnessing.md now, lead by filippo)
• Gain confidence in {log,witness,bastion}.md
• Polish {log,witness,bastion}.md

EDIT: 2023-06-20: excluding polishing specs as in-scope for our release candidate. We've done a little bit of polishing for log.md only.

EDIT: 2023-09-11: rc-1 tag was not formally added to witness.md and bastion.md, but we will nevertheless be moving onwards to rc-2 for those specs.
