Remove rgdd from sysadmin team and document how that is done

Since rgdd is no longer on the sysadmin team, changes should be made so that he no longer has access to the things that only the sysadmin team should have access to.

Also document how that is done: write a list of things to do when "offboarding" a person from the sysadmin team.
